Sherpa's spirits are built to stand in for liquor. The label says to pour it 1:1 in place of a spirit, top it with tonic or ginger beer, or serve it over ice. Each 1.5oz pour has 5mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, and the label lists 16.5 servings, about 85mg per 750ml bottle. The product page lists zero alcohol, zero calories and no artificial flavors.

We put it first for three plain reasons. 5mg per pour is a moderate place to start. At $45.00 it is the least expensive bottle on the shelf, about $2.73 per pour. And it comes in four flavors, so you can match the bottle to the drink:

• Original Blend 5mg (COA): the base to reach for when the mixer carries the flavor.
• Coconut 5mg (COA): a natural fit for pineapple juice or other tropical mixers.
• Watermelon 5mg (COA): for spritz-style drinks with soda water and lime.

2. Willie's Social Tonic 5mg: best ready-flavored tonic

If you want a bottle that already tastes like a finished drink, Willie's Social Tonic is the one to look at. Each 1.5oz (44ml) serving has 5mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, 2mg CBD, 2mg CBG and 200mg L-theanine, with 17 servings per bottle (about 85mg of Delta-9 THC in total). The label describes notes of lemon, lime and passionfruit, lists 15 calories per serving and 0% alcohol, and suggests serving it over ice or mixed with soda water, tonic or juice.

It ranks second on price. At $69.99 it works out to about $4.12 per pour, roughly $1.40 more than Sherpa 5mg. That premium buys a flavored tonic and a cannabinoid blend, not a stronger dose. 3. Sherpa 10mg THC Spirit: lowest cost per milligram

Same bottle, same four flavors, twice the THC: 10mg per 1.5oz pour and about 170mg per bottle, for $55.00. That makes it the lowest cost per milligram we carry in this category, about $0.32 per mg against $0.53 for the 5mg version. It is for people who already know how a 10mg serving feels. What is a THC-infused non-alcoholic spirit?

It's a bottled, alcohol-free liquid made to be poured like liquor, with hemp-derived THC in place of alcohol. You measure it by the shot, not by the can. That is the main difference from a THC seltzer: a seltzer is one container and one dose, while a 750ml spirit bottle holds 16 or 17 servings. How to pour a THC mocktail: start low, go slow

• Measure every pour. Use a jigger. A 1.5oz pour is the serving the label is based on, and an extra splash adds THC.
• Start with one serving or less. A 5mg pour is a moderate amount for most adults, and first-timers may want half. Our explainers on whether 5mg is a lot and whether 10mg is a lot go deeper.
• Wait before a second drink. THC you drink can take a while to kick in, so don't pour another because the first one "isn't working" yet.
• Keep it simple. Don't mix THC with alcohol, and never drive after drinking THC.

Federal hemp rules are changing

A federal law passed in November 2025 rewrites the definition of hemp. Under a later law signed on September 2, 2026, the ban on hemp products made with cannabinoids the plant can't produce naturally takes effect November 12, 2026. A new total-THC standard and a cap of 0.4mg total THC per container for finished hemp products take effect December 11, 2026. Do THC non-alcoholic spirits contain alcohol?

The ones we carry don't. Sherpa lists zero alcohol, and Willie's Social Tonic lists 0% alcohol. They use hemp-derived THC instead.
