Best THC Drinks in Texas

The ShipSips Team

The best THC drinks we ship to Texas include two lines made in Texas: Sherpa's THC seltzers, made in San Antonio, and Sherpa's alcohol-free THC spirits, which the label says use hemp grown, extracted and bottled in Texas. Beyond those, our picks for Texans are Wyld's 2mg and 10mg sparkling waters for lighter doses and Torch's 60mg seltzers for experienced drinkers. Every drink we picked here lists Delta-9 THC on its product page, which is the type of THC Texas allows in hemp products at no more than 0.3% by dry weight.

To be upfront: ShipSips is a retailer, and this is a ranking of our own stock. These are our picks from what we sell to Texas addresses, and why, based on where the label says the drink is made, THC per container, format, the flavor described on the label, and price. We didn't run a taste panel. Every pick links to its product page and lab report (certificate of analysis, or COA).

Made in Texas: Sherpa seltzers and spirits

Sherpa THC seltzers, made in San Antonio

Sherpa's product pages say its seltzers are made in San Antonio, Texas, with three ingredients: sparkling water, natural flavor and hemp-derived Delta-9 THC. They come in two strengths, and both are high-potency cans:

Either can is many times a typical starting amount, so check the milligrams and servings on the label before you drink one. They're for people who already know how THC affects them.

Sherpa alcohol-free THC spirits, with Texas-grown hemp

Sherpa's spirit pages say the hemp is grown, extracted and bottled in Texas. Each 750ml bottle is zero alcohol and zero calories, and you pour it like liquor: 1:1 in place of a spirit, topped with tonic or ginger beer, or over ice. The 5mg version has 5mg per 1.5oz pour and about 85mg per bottle for $45.00. The 10mg version has 10mg per pour and about 170mg per bottle for $55.00. Flavors are Original Blend, Coconut, Watermelon and Wild Grape. Our best THC non-alcoholic spirits page compares them with Willie's Social Tonic.

Best THC beverages in Texas for lighter doses

If a 50mg can is more than you want, these are our lower-dose picks that ship to Texas:

For experienced drinkers who want the most THC per dollar in a single can, Torch's 60mg seltzers are $6.99, about $0.12 per milligram. See more picks across every format on our best THC drinks page, or compare cans on best THC seltzers.

What Texas law means when you pick a THC drink

Here are the points from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) that matter most when you're shopping. For the full rundown, with every statute and rule, see are THC drinks legal in Texas?

  • Delta-9, at no more than 0.3%. Under Texas Health and Safety Code chapter 443, consumable hemp products may contain delta-9 THC at no more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
  • Delta-8 is out. DSHS says delta-8 THC is a controlled substance in Texas, with only naturally occurring trace amounts allowed, under a schedule that took effect July 31, 2026. Every drink we picked here lists Delta-9 THC.
  • 21 and over, with ID. DSHS says anyone who sells a consumable hemp product must verify that each buyer is 21 or older by inspecting a valid government-issued ID before completing the sale.

How the federal hemp change affects Texas

Federal law sits on top of Texas law. A federal law passed in November 2025 rewrites the definition of hemp. Under a later law signed on September 2, 2026, the ban on hemp products made with cannabinoids the plant can't produce naturally takes effect November 12, 2026. A new total-THC standard and a cap of 0.4mg total THC per container for finished hemp products take effect December 11, 2026. That cap is far below the THC in the drinks on this page, so expect this list to change. Our federal hemp rule tracker keeps the dates current, and THC drink laws by state compares Texas with other states. Not legal advice.

Shipping THC drinks to Texas

Texas is one of the 20 states on our where we ship list. We sell only to adults 21 and over, and free shipping starts at $55. Everything on this page is also on our hemp-derived Delta-9 THC drinks shelf.

Start low, go slow

  • Read two numbers: THC per serving and THC per container.
  • Start low, with a 2mg or 5mg can or a single 5mg pour, especially if you're new.
  • Wait before having more. THC you drink can take a while to kick in.
  • Don't mix THC with alcohol, and never drive after drinking THC.

Not medical advice: if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition, talk to a doctor before using THC.
