We ship lab-tested, hemp-derived Delta-9 THC drinks to adults 21+ in the states below. If your state isn't listed, checkout will let you know instantly—enter your shipping address and the site automatically blocks orders we can't legally send to your area.

States we currently ship to

Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C.

Where we can't ship—and why

Banned or effectively prohibited: Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and Hawaii prohibit intoxicating hemp products outside their licensed cannabis markets (or entirely).

Dispensary-only: Alaska, Arizona, California, and Colorado allow THC drinks only through state-licensed cannabis retailers, so direct shipping isn't permitted.

No online sales: Tennessee allows low-dose hemp drinks in stores but prohibits shipping them to consumers.

We also can't ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations.

A note on state dose limits

Some states cap THC per serving or per container (for example, Minnesota caps hemp beverages at 5mg per serving and 50mg per container). It's your responsibility to know your local rules; we recommend checking your state's current regulations before ordering higher-dose products.
