Shipping policy

Processing & delivery

Orders ship the same day, every day. Standard shipping is $5.99, and shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of leaving our warehouse.

Adults 21+ only

All orders are for adults 21 and over. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 21 years old. Deliveries may require an adult signature at the carrier's discretion or where required by law.

Where we ship

We ship hemp-derived THC beverages only to U.S. states where they are permitted under federal and state law. State regulations change frequently; if we cannot lawfully ship to your address, we will cancel and refund your order. It is also your responsibility to know the laws of your state and locality before ordering.

Damaged or lost packages

Cans and bottles are packed for transit, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, email alex@shipsips.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will replace the damaged items or refund you. If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us and we'll make it right.
