Habit 750mg Delta-9 THC syrup, Pure (unflavored) bottle

Best THC Drink Mixes & Syrups

The ShipSips Team

The best THC drink mixes we stock are Habit's 750mg Delta-9 syrups, which come unflavored or in five flavors, and Liquid Lava's 500mg ready-to-pour bottles, which the label portions into 25 servings. We don't sell THC drops or tinctures, so if that's what you were searching for, these syrups are the closest thing on our shelf.

ShipSips is a retailer, and this is a ranking of our own stock. These are our picks from what we sell, and why, based on THC per bottle, format, the flavor named on each label, and price. We didn't run a taste panel. Every pick links to its product page and its lab report (certificate of analysis, or COA).

Best THC drink mixes and syrups: our picks, and why

1. Habit 750mg Pure Syrup: best for mixing into anything

Habit's Pure Syrup is unflavored, so the drink you stir it into decides how it tastes: coffee, tea, juice or a mocktail. The bottle holds 750mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, and the ingredient list is short: vegetable glycerin, nano-encapsulated hemp oil and xanthan gum. At $49.99 it works out to about $0.07 per milligram. Our product page doesn't list a per-serving amount for this bottle, so read the serving size on the label and measure each pour. If you plan to add it to something hot, our guide on how to prepare cannabis tea walks through it.

2. Habit 750mg flavored syrups: best if you want the flavor built in

The flavored Habit syrups hold the same 750mg per 8.5oz (250ml) bottle and cost the same $49.99. Pick by flavor:

The Strawberry Lemonade, Mango and Grape pages list them as vegan and gluten-free and made in Southern California.

3. Liquid Lava 500mg: best for pre-measured servings

Liquid Lava is a ready-to-pour flavored drink in an 8 fl oz (237ml) bottle. The label portions its 500mg into 25 servings, about 20mg in each 9.5ml serving, and lists it as sugar-free, dye-free and zero calories. You can drink a measured serving as is or stir it into seltzer, lemonade or iced tea. At $24.99 it's the lowest price per milligram on this shelf, about $0.05 per mg.

One caution: a labeled serving is about 20mg, which is a lot more than a beginner's starting amount. Measure with a cap or jigger, and start well below one full serving if you're new. Flavors: Fruit Punch, Strawberry (COA), Strawberry Kiwi (COA), Peach Mango (COA), Blue Raspberry Lemonade (COA) and Cherry Limeade (COA). The Cherry Limeade page lists an allergen warning for coconut, so check the label of any flavor if that matters to you. Refrigerate after opening.

Best THC drops for drinks: what we carry instead

"THC drops" usually means a tincture you add a few drops at a time. We don't sell those. The closest products on our shelf are the syrups above. They're also measured by volume, they mix into a drink, and they come in a bottle you pour from. The difference is that syrups are sweeter and thicker, and you'll measure them with a spoon or jigger rather than a dropper. If you want a THC drink with no measuring at all, a single-dose can is simpler. See our best THC drinks picks.

Best THC drink mix powder: what's on our shelf

We also carry Hometown Hero's powdered drink mixes in single-serving packets, including the unflavored DASH and three flavored mixes (Maui Dream, Bay Breeze and Caribbean Sunset), plus a THC agave syrup. You'll find them on the same THC syrups and drink mixes shelf. We haven't ranked them here because their product pages don't yet list the THC per packet or per container. We only rank products where you can see the milligrams before you buy. Check the label and lab report on any of them before you use one.

Price per milligram

  • Liquid Lava: $24.99 for 500mg, about $0.05 per mg
  • Habit syrups: $49.99 for 750mg, about $0.07 per mg

Either is far cheaper per milligram than a single can. That's because you're buying many servings at once, which is also why careful measuring matters.

How to dose a THC syrup or mix: start low, go slow

  • Find the serving size on the label before you pour, and measure it. Don't eyeball syrup.
  • Start below one serving if you're new. Our explainer on whether 10mg is a lot helps put serving sizes in context.
  • Wait before having more. THC you drink can take a while to kick in.
  • Label your drink if anyone else is around, and keep the bottle away from children and pets.
  • Don't mix THC with alcohol, and never drive after drinking THC.

Not medical advice: if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition, talk to a doctor before using THC. Looking for mocktail ideas? Our guide to what mocktails are and our picks of the best THC non-alcoholic spirits are good next reads.

Federal hemp rules are changing

A federal law passed in November 2025 rewrites the definition of hemp. Under a later law signed on September 2, 2026, the ban on hemp products made with cannabinoids the plant can't produce naturally takes effect November 12, 2026. A new total-THC standard and a cap of 0.4mg total THC per container for finished hemp products take effect December 11, 2026. That cap is far below the THC in the bottles on this page, so expect this list to change. Our federal hemp rule tracker keeps the dates current. This is general information, not legal advice.
